First Congregational UCC ChoirChoiratChristmas

The First Congregational UCC choir is directed by Chris L. Tate and accompanied by Rob Tate. Choir rehearsals are at 7:15 pm on Thursdays in the Sanctuary and at 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings from September - May. All voices welcome! Please join us.

The Lenten Choir Cantata is on March 18, 2012, at 10:15 am in the Sanctuary.

Gospel Sunday May 20, 2012 is the choir's last Sunday of the regular season. 

Summer worship services are at 9:30 am beginning on June 3 and include special guest musicians and vocalists.

Summer Music

Thanks to everyone who shared their musical talents on a Sundays during the worship services in the summer of 2011. Each summer members and friends of First Congregational UCC offer their talents for the special music spots that take place in the absence of the choir.

Music includes instrumental, vocal and or small group or large group or a combination of these. Instrumental Ensemble

Youth and adults participate in the Instrumental Ensemble on Sundays at 6 pm in the Sanctuary. The band, directed by Tony Porter, practices on Sunday evenings through out the year, and participates in special music worship services. No music experience is necessary. Please contact Tony at 303-772-7498 to learn more about this group.

Art Gallery at First Congregational UCC 

Each month a new artist is featured in the Art Gallery in the Library Lounge right outside the Sanctuary. Members and friends enjoy the artwork before church and during Fellowship Time on Sundays after the worship services. Please see this month's Featured Artists.
